Free Write about My Dream Vacation
Have you been to your dream vacation? I have a lot of goals and will achieve regardless of challenge!

Going to Japan is my dream vacation place. There are several venues I would love to see and experience firsthand. From technology, nature settings, and shopping centers. I want to find someone to go with so I can be excited and can let it out to someone who may find interest in it too.
Some specific places I would love to go is Nachi Falls in Wakayama the picture I have seen are breathtaking and I know I would be star struck if I saw it in person. The Pagoda Seigantoji stands in front of the falls which is temple for Buddhist. I do not know much of anything about Buddhism, but I would love to see the different types of rituals and praises that occur no matter if they are recent or from history of the religion. I would also love to see the bamboo groves in Kyoto. (I actually found out that Kyoto and Tokyo have the same letters just switched around). The Bamboo is so close together which I have never seen anything in person that looks quite like that. I am so used to seeing the same type of trees and structures and seeing something different can help me appreciate other countries and my own even more. I have a big dream to see see-through blue water in a lake or ocean of some sort and in Okinawa there are seas with beautiful waters and this would make me cry in real life to see this in real life. Cherry blossom trees are thought of a lot when people think of Japan and I would love to sit under them and see the beauty without a screen in my way to see it.
Japan has a lot of advanced technology and a different type of culture circled around it. One example is vending machines and a video I saw on YouTube by Safiya Nygaard called, “I Tried Unique Vending Machines in Tokyo” and I was so intrigued by all the necessities and/or random items one can get. She got strawberry bread in a can and it was so cool watching her try it and actually enjoyed it. People can get a pizza made by a vending machine, hot and ready to eat. There are even weird vending machines with fortunes in alleys that are unmarked and random.
Japan also has amazing stores of anime, candy, and clothing. A place I am aware of is Akihabara and a main place to by electronics. The pictures I have seen are just big screens everywhere with a bunch of vibrant colors. I feel if I see this in person it will be sensory overload which I would love to experience it. America has lots of advertising, but not quite like how Japan does it. There are shops that specialize in different styles of pastels and vibrant type of colors of all different ranges of prices. I could invest in a whole different type of look and explore styles I don’t access to without shipping. I do know their sizes range smaller so I can’t really figure out if the size will work for me unless I see it that physically. There is even a bunch of stores all near each other that sell mock expensive brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Chanel.
There is also cultural food I would love to try. Authentic ramen, decorative sushi, tempura, and miso soup. America “Americanizes” cultural food and some people even try to pass it on like it is the real thing. Even people that aren’t from America “Americanizes” their food to become more appealing. You can even buy sake in a vending machine which is a popular alcohol beverage. A few weird things that is in vending machine; corn soup in a can, fruits and vegetables, and even clothes. Just imagine walking down the street in America and seeing a vending machine that sells more than just soda or water.
Overall, Japan is the main place I want to travel and I even have heard from other videos that the costs to travel to there isn’t even ridiculous and now that we will live in a world where B&B exists I could even find a place to stay within normal living and not just be another tourist. I can live amongst normal civilians rather than being in a hotel away from the main part to sightsee.
